Steelwool

Steelwool is a configurable system that allows businesses to define their unit of work and their processes and then track the work as it goes through the flow. When a user signs into Steelwool, they know what they need to do because they see the work that has been assigned to them. The mobile app allows the users to see their queue, push work through the flow and attach artifacts such as photos, video or other files to the unit of work from their mobile device. A history of where work has been and the current status of each work item is available for reporting. Steelwool can be integrated with other systems through its API, so true end-to-end flow can be achieved.

Steelwool allows businesses to know where everything is in the process, and how long it has been there. There is no need for work to fall through the cracks anymore.

LeadPin

Leadpin is a framework that will take data from your system – be it a CRM system, an internal system, or Steelwool and drop pins on a Google map with corresponding details in the callout. The pins can be filtered by the map user either through zooming in on the map or by selecting options. Leadpin can be used as a dealer locator - Signal88, as way to highlight current projects - Planet Water, or as a civic tool to direct people to places of interest - Walk Omaha.
